Sierra graduated from the Florida School of Massage (Gainesville) in 2010 and has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist ever since. Over the years, she’s also gained experience in a variety of fields. These include banking and other professional endeavors, which have helped shape her balanced, grounded approach to wellness. She believes that every path taken adds valuable perspective, and that healing is not only physical, but also mental, emotional, and even financial. After all, everything is connected!

With a primary background from Chiropractic offices and Wellness Centers, Sierra brings a clinical and therapeutic focus to her healing work. Her specialties include injury recovery, deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, neuromuscular therapy, and stretching techniques rooted in Thai massage. She also integrates extensive personal and professional knowledge of essential oils and natural healing agents to create a truly holistic experience but with a realistic flair.

Sierra’s diverse background allows her to meet clients where they are- combining intuitive bodywork with practical insight and always with the goal of helping you help yourself. Her specialties are: Deep to Very Deep Pressure, Cupping, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Massage.
