I believe in an integrative approach to massage. My style is one of subtle intensity, letting my hands and feet reconnect and restore optimum function to my client’s body. I hold certifications in Swedish, Myofascial and Neuromuscular therapies as well as Ashi Thai and Ashiatsu DeepFeet Oriental Bar therapy. I am also certified in Prenatal Massage, Scar Management, Graston Technique and Oncology Massage. 

 

I strive to ensure that clients experience a calming and professional environment which promotes relaxation, the gentle release of tension and pain, and the rejuvenation of both body and soul.
