Lucas is an avid beach volleyball athlete so soft-tissue health has always been a primary concern. He has been collaborating with Chiropractic physicians, the Baycare Health System, and beach volleyball tournament organizers in Tampa Bay since 2024.

After graduating from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in St Petersburg, Lucas has continued his education with Active Release Techniques® (ART®), and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Active Release Techniques® is a patented soft-tissue treatment algorithm that aims to facilitate and restore proper range of motion at the joints and between soft-tissue structures. As an ART® Certified Provider, Lucas will assess your personal soft-tissue dysfunction to provide a tailored treatment.
