Lisa has been a practicing licensed massage therapist for over 15 years. She performs Integrative Bodywork with a holistic approach. Her overall style is very rhythmic and flowing with long relaxing strokes adding in myofascial and trigger point techniques where they are needed. Each massage is tailored to the individual needs of her clients. 
   

Lisa artfully integrates techniques from her knowledge and experience in Thai Yoga Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, and Deep Tissue Massage.
