Lindsey is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist skilled in Thai massage, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. Her massage therapy journey started in 2018 at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida, where she graduated in 2019. She has over 118 hours of specialized training in Thai massage and she is certified in hydrotherapy, neuromuscular therapy, and connective tissue work. Additionally, she holds two Reiki certifications.

 

Inspired by the sense of community at music festivals, Lindsey became intrigued by massage therapy. She had long been curious about the chakra system and energy work, which ultimately led her to discover her path in massage. She understands the impact of life imbalances on health and mental wellbeing, and she has used her personal healing journey to foster a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.

 

Lindsey finds joy in connecting deeply with her clients, bridging the gap between emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. She is drawn to holistic and eastern approaches to healing and is eager to expand her skills with continuing education in aromatherapy, cupping, ashiatsu, and reflexology. Lindsey would also like to study Thai massage overseas and complete training to become yoga instructor.

 

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time at kava bars, being in nature, walking with my dog, going to the beach, weight training, and attending concerts and music festivals.
