Experience a Love Infusion during intuitive energy work. Your guides are invited to lead the session. Unspoken themes may touch upon trauma healing, forgiveness, generational healing, and chakra energy. Many sessions include biodynamic craniosacral therapy. This work includes light Thai massage, fully clothed on the table, to help you relax deeper into the work.

Spiritual mentoring helps people become more in touch with their Spirit, while encouraging living fully in the body.  Topics include regulating the nervous system, practicing meditation and mindfulness, learning about energy healing, increasing chakra power, understanding dreams, inspired journaling, and much more.
