Amanda is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master who enjoys helping her clients achieve peace, ease, and balance across the Body, Mind, and Spirit. Her interest in the body dates back to 2015, when she became an RYT200 certified yoga instructor and taught a variety of yoga modalities. Amanda’s interest in the Mind led her to pursue multiple certifications in Applied Positive Psychology (2022), as well as a certification as a Life Coach (2021). Last but certainly not least, her passion for the Spirit led her to Calgary, Alberta, where she trained to become a gifted Reiki Master (2023); she has since provided energy work to clients around the globe.

Amanda completed her massage therapy training in 2024 at Cortiva Institute. As a massage therapist, she particularly enjoys helping clients relax, reduce pain, and release trigger points. Amanda’s unique background, training, intuition and empathy make her an outstanding bodyworker who sees the body’s messages as important gifts to help us achieve peace, ease, and balance.
